thousands and thousands of Jewish girls and women owe their frumkeit and
education to her inspired vision. Several wonderful biographical books and
accounts have been published about her and Bais Yaakov. But what about what
Sarah Schenirer actually taught? She wrote and taught inspirational Divrei
Torah in a beautiful literary Yiddish. How many can say they have ever read
one of her actual teachings or essays?
A Chashuve Rebbetzin I know has a rare Yiddish collection of thr original
Bais Yaakov journals with Divrei Torah, Essays and Articles that were
written by Sarah Schenirer - The founder of the Bais Ya'akov, which we want
to translate into English so all the girls, women, mothers and teachers
inspired by Sarah Schenirer's vision can be inspired by her writings.
Sarah Schenirer had no children of her own, all her students are like her
children, and her Divrei Torah are no less important to publish and help
inspire the next generation.
We are looking for a translator who can translate from Yiddish to
English/Hebrew.
We are also looking for any manuscripts, articles, essays or other material
that were written by Sarah Schenirer
