A Gut Moed! A Gut Kvitel
I recently required a small handheld reprint of the 1st edition of the Noam Elimelech, this reprint has someone's notes and underlinings in it. Here is what I saw underlined yesterday:
"Whereas the sacrificial offerings known as Korbanos do not atone for all sins, rather each sacrifice and offering atones for a specific sin or transgression, however the Torah atones for everything, and this is why the Torah is greater than any altar."
